Minute gazpacho!
1 huge tomato
1 small cucumber
1 tbsp red onion
2 gloves garlic
Splash vinegar
salt and pepper
Pastel breakfast. I can’t handle loud colors at 3 am.
Silken tofu, banana, and all the berries drizzled with agave, almond slices, and coconut milk.
OMG WHAT IS THAT??
Calm down! It’s sweet tofu, bananas, blueberries, and apple butter!
SO GOOD.
Raw cucumber, carrots, and local radish with super spicy garlic nacho cheese dip!
Dip:
1/4 cup favorite mustard
1/4 cup yeast
2 or more tbsp water
1 jalapeño
2 cloves of garlic
Food processor till ready!
Beets, kale, radish, cucumber, and balsamic pear vinegar. Local explosion!

Homemade vegan macaroons! Not healthy for a second haha. Made them for my last English class and everybody liked them yay!
Are there many vegan restaurants in the dc area? Going there soon and would love to know where to eat. I am 100% vegan and raw about half the time. T
@iwillmoveamountainDepends how close you are to DC! There is Lotus Vegetarian, Lovin Hut, looootttsssss of Indian restaurants, and Sunflower (in Vienna and Falls Church) in Northern Virginia (that I can think of right now). In DC there is Soul Vegetarian, Everlasting Life, Sticky Fingers, and lots of other options. Also about DC…. there is really good FALAFEL EVERYWHERE.
